Do you own a business and want great exposure to potential clients/customers? Have you thought about setting up a booth at the Delta County Fair & Rodeo? The County Fair is the largest community event held in Delta County each year and draws people from across not only Delta County but also the Western Slope of Colorado! That's great exposure for a small business in a central location!

We offer booth space to food concessions, commercial vendors, non-profit organizations and school groups. Booths are located on midway between the main parking lot and the grand stands where all the foot traffic is, giving you great exposure and the opportunity to grow your business.


Information and Pricing on Booths 

Are you a local small business or traveling trade show business with a product or service to sell? The Delta County Fair is a great place to interact with local customers from across not only Delta County but the Western Slope of Colorado! We offer booth space in the park at the Fairgrounds for vendors to sell their goods/services all week at the 2018 Delta County Fair.   Enclosed/covered vendor space is also available in our covered building (gravel floor) and under the grandstands (space is reserved for Fair Sponsors 1st then other vendors - contact us to learn more).  
2018 Fair Booth Sizes and Costs:
- 10' x 10' Booth Space in Park: $100 for week
- 10' x 25' Booth Space in Park: $200 for week

*Electricity Extra Fee. 

Do you cook up a mean meal or serve up delicious fair food? Then we want your tasty food and cold drinks at the 2018 Delta County Fair!  Our fans, exhibitors and contestants love affordable, delicious and flavorful culinary options while at the Delta County Fair. Whether you serve up a mean hamburgurger, burrito, turkey leg, kettle corn, ice cold drinks, refreshing ice cream or anything in between, we want you! 

2018 Fair Food booths are limited to nine (9) vendors and applications are taken on a first-come, first serve basis. After nine applications and contracts have been received the application for food vendors will close.  Note - we are requiring all food vendors to provide proof of a Million Dollar Liability Insurance Policy for 2018. Proof of insurance is due by July 27th. 

2018 Booth Sizes and Costs:
- 10' x 10' - $125 for Week
- 10' x 20 - Truck/Trailer - $225 for Week
- Non-Profit Food Vendor (Any Size) - $75 for week

*Water included if needed. Electricity extra fee. 

Are you an equipment dealer for tractors, hay equipment, or farm/ranch equipment such as gates, livestock handling equipment or other products? Do you sell ATVs or trucks? Bring your equipment/vehicles to the 2018 Delta County Fair and display it for everyone to see! The fair is a great place to showcase new products and vehicles to thousands of attendees!

- 20' x 40' Equipment Booth: $200 for Week

Delta County and Western Colorado are home to a number of great non-profit organizations who are in need of a way to recruit new volunteers or supporters.  As a non-profit ourselves, the Delta County Fair is pleased to offer FREE booth space to local non-profits.  Want to sell a product? Booth space for the week is just $25!
