Livestock/Fair Office

Have a question or need to turn in paperwork? Maybe you lost something? The hub of fair activities is run out of the Livestock Office. Convienently located on the west side of the Grandstands on midway between the food vendors/park and the Events Center, the Livestock Office is your source for information at the Delta County Fair.

The Livestock/Fair Office is your source for:

  • Fair Books,
  • Lost & Found,
  • A common location for fair superintendents and fair board members,
  • Where all 4-H/FFA livestock paperwork is handled during fair week,
  • General Questions,
  • Junior Market Livestock Sale buyer, check-in & more.

Have a question but not on the grounds or looking for someone?

Call the office at 872-2161 and you will be assisted by one of our office volunteers.

Please note - The livestock Office is only staffed during the Delta County Fair & Rodeo in August. During the remainder of the year, please contact a Fair Board Member or Superintendent via email for assistance.

Office Hours:

Starting on Tuesday of Fair, staff should be in the Livestock Office between 7am and 8 pm. Hours may vary by festivities occuring during the day. If you need assistance and no one is in the office, please find a Fair Board Member or Superintendent.
