Exhibitor Camping and Livestock Trailers

Exhibitor Camping

4-H/FFA Families wishing to camp at the Delta County Fair Grounds during the Delta County Fair may do so. Camper spaces by Heritage Hall and the park are reserved for Fair Board members only. Families wishing to camp behind the events center in the trees behind the beef tie outs by the river are welcome and it is a first come, first served parking area. Please note that families camping at the fairgrounds MUST purchase a 4-H/FFA Family Wristband for each member staying at the Fairgrounds. Click here to learn more about the Wristband program.

Livestock Trailer Parking

4-H Clubs are encouraged to limit the number of horse trailers utilized by exhibitors on the grounds during the fair. Please try and limit horse trailers to one per club. Trailers for beef tie outs must be parked to the south of the Beef Barn in an organized fashion. Small Animal exhibitors, sheep, swine and goat exhibitors may park trailers in the small exhibitor parking lot to the west side of the small animal barn. Large/oversize trailers must be kept in the trailer parking to the south of the beef barn due to limited parking space in this lot.

Parents/Family Members - The alleyway between the small animal/pig/sheep barn and the wash racks must be kept clear of vehicles and equipment per the Fire Marshall as this is a FIRE LANE. Vehicles will be allowed to unload equipment/bedding for 30 minutes at the start of the morning but must be removed by 9 am. Any vehicles found to be parked here and not moved will be towed at the Owner's Expense.

Exhibitors/Families who are parking behind the beef barn or need access to trailers for feed, etc - It is advised that you park/enter the back exhibitor lot before gate time for the Main Events (Ranch Rodeo, EnduroCross, Concert, etc). Entrance to this area after gate time will require the purchase of a Ticket or proof of a Camping Pass.
